Manager of Member Services & Meetings

Colleen Flood, CMP

Colleen Flood joined IME in March 2024 as the Manager of Member Services and Meetings. Flood manages member services and meetings in addition to database management.

Flood graduated from Arizona State University, in Tempe, Arizona, with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism. After a brief stint in sales, she accepted her first membership department position with a trade association in Phoenix. Flood moved to the Washington, D.C. area for a membership position with the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists in December 2000. She was granted a Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) by the Events Industry Council (EIC) in November 2016. When she is not working, she enjoys a good game of trivia and hiking the Appalachian Trail and the trails in the Shenandoah National Park.
